1 General Provisions

mbk33 operates a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and mbk33 ("we", "us", or "platform").

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. The Bengali original shall prevail over any translated version.

All services available on our platform — slots, cricket betting, casino games, bingo, Panda Dragon Boat, and other games — are governed by these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use mbk33 services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
  • You are using this platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment.
  • Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the area where you reside.
  • You are able to verify your identity and are willing to provide the necessary documents.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account on mbk33. Creating multiple accounts — even using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is true, complete, and kept up to date at all times. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of your balance.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the mbk33 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

3.4 Identity Verification

mbk33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at mbk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and others). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will be made using the same method that was used to deposit funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

  • Account identity verification must be completed.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met.
  • There must be no active investigation or dispute on the account.
  • Deposited funds must have been used in at least one bet.

4.4 Processing & Rejection

mbk33 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and to request additional documents where necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel any withdrawal if evidence of fraud is found.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus (total ৳13,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

The timeframe for completing a bonus wagering requirement and which games count toward wagering will be stated in the detailed terms of each offer. Please read them carefully.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or bonus hunting — mbk33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.4 VIP Program

mbk33's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Tiers are advanced by playing actively. Each VIP tier has its own benefits and conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on mbk33 — slots, casino games, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
  • If a system error makes the outcome of a game uncertain, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
  • For cricket and other sports betting, bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.
  • Any winnings obtained by exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mbk33:

  • Fraud, deception, or operating an account through illegal means.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using another person's account or using another person's information without their permission.
  • Playing games or placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Potential money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Misconduct or making threats toward mbk33 staff.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

mbk33 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption technology. Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

mbk33 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we are not liable for the following:

  • Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
  • Losses caused by technical errors from third-party software or game providers.
  • Service disruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
  • Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or a data breach on the user's end.

Gaming is inherently risky — both winning and losing are possible. You are advised not to wager more than you can afford to lose.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance prior to account closure may be withdrawn subject to applicable conditions.

10.2 Closure by mbk33

If there is a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or evidence of prohibited activities, mbk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice.

11 Dispute Resolution
